What we collect, and why.

What this covers

This policy applies to claudecoworkcourse.com, run by Clarence T. Archibald IV / C4 Growth Solutions (legal entity: C4 Holding Company LLC). It explains what information we collect when you visit the site, download the free course, buy the course bundle, or contact us, and how that information is used.

What we collect

• Email address — when you download the free course or submit the contact form. Used to send course files and to answer your message.
• ChatGPT invite requests — if you request a ChatGPT invite, your email is shown to one ChatGPT subscriber who signed up to send invites, so they can invite you from ChatGPT. It is never posted publicly, and you can withdraw your request from the link in your confirmation email.
• Name and message content — if you submit the contact form.
• Payment information — if you buy a paid course or the bundle. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages viewed, referring site, general location, device and browser information) collected through Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and hosting logs to understand site usage and keep the site working.
• Advertising events — Meta Pixel records visits and actions such as course downloads to measure campaigns and support advertising. Advertising services may receive identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, and cookie data.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to deliver courses, process orders, manage subscriber and support records, and operate this site. We do not sell our email list. Advertising-related sharing is described separately below.

• Stripe processes payments and payment-related fraud checks.
• Resend sends signup confirmations and course/order delivery emails and manages subscriber records.
• Supabase stores course files, subscriber records, and order information.
• Attio manages contact and follow-up records.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides site analytics.
• Google provides analytics and advertising services.
• Meta provides advertising measurement and audience tools through Meta Pixel.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies and our arrangements with them. If you previously submitted a financing application through Trulli, that application was handled by Trulli and its funding partners under their policies; it was not a course purchase. Contact Trulli for questions about those application records. Existing calendar bookings are handled by Cal.com.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, analytics, and advertising measurement. Google Analytics waits for an available consent signal before loading. Meta Pixel is currently disabled. Public-page Vercel analytics remain enabled; checkout and private access pages are excluded.

We have installed Google AdSense to support advertising on this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Installing AdSense does not mean ads are currently available on every page.

Your choices

• Where a consent message is shown, use it to accept, decline, or manage the advertising purposes and vendors presented.
• Manage Google personalized advertising in Google My Ad Center, and learn how Google uses data on partner sites at Google’s partner-site privacy page.
• Manage Meta advertising preferences in Meta Ad Preferences. You can also explore participating vendors’ opt-out tools at YourAdChoices.
• Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect checkout or other site features. Advertising choices may need to be set separately for each browser or device.

We send a course-delivery email when you request a download, rather than an automated email sequence. To have your data corrected or deleted, or to ask what we have on file, contact us — we handle these requests personally, usually within a few business days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
