Module 2: AI as Writing Partner
Welcome to Module 2! You've built the writing fundamentals. Now it's time to use AI as your editing partner to write faster and better.
What Changed
In Module 1, you sharpened your instincts -- structure, tone, brevity. Those skills are yours now and no tool can replace them.
Module 2 adds speed. You'll learn to use AI for feedback, coaching, and editing so you can produce polished writing in a fraction of the time. The key insight: AI is best as an editor, not a writer.
What You'll Learn
| Lesson | Skill | Real-World Application |
|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | AI as Editor | Get feedback and coaching, not just rewrites |
| 2.2 | Templates & Frameworks | Build reusable structures for recurring writing tasks |
| 2.3 | The AI Editing Workflow | Write fast, then let AI tighten -- the two-pass method |
| 2.4 | Style Guides & Voice | Teach AI your voice with a personal style guide |
| 2.5 | Real Work Session | Bring your own task and work through it with AI |
Prerequisites
You should complete Module 1 first. The fundamentals you learned -- structure, tone, brevity -- are essential for evaluating AI output. Without them, you can't tell if AI's suggestions are actually better.
